Summer Film Workshop for High School Students
El trailer de SHC EDU Summer Film Workshop for High School Students at Sag Harbor Cinema Arts Center is an immersive cinematic experience for students in grades 9-12.
From July 22, 2024 to August 2, 2024 (excluding the weekend), from 9am to 1pm, students will develop their knowledge of cinema through an exploration of film language and hands-on filmmaking. With guidance from industry professionals, students will produce their own short films that speak to their unique interests. No prior film experience is required.
The application is due on June 15th. Scholarships are available.
SHC’s Projections Series
“Projections” is an initiative that aims to activate the Cinema’s Rosenberg Workspace through collaborations with regional not-for-profit groups in order to amplify voices, begin conversations, and build audiences through the Cinema’s network and digital presence. “Projections” was created by Sag Harbor Cinema’s Education Committee Chair, Bill Collage.
