


Our three state-of-the-art cinemas are available for rental by the public, subject to availability around our public screenings. With three auditoriums, seating 231, 97, and 38 people respectively, together with a host of support and reception spaces, our Cinema is an ideal partner for private and corporate events, screenings, meetings, and fundraisers. Cinema rentals include projection services. See below for details on rental spaces, and a button to submit a rental form.
Please note that our rentals are subject to theater availability and that movies must be available for licensing. If you would like to rent a particular film (procurement and licensing fees apply), please let us know as soon as possible in order to confirm its availability for screening.
We are also proud to offer any of our spaces to local schools, non-profits, and government groups at reduced rates. If you believe your organization qualifies, be sure to provide details on the rental form.

Cinema 1

Our flagship auditorium is one of the premiere screening rooms in the nation. With 231 seats, Dolby 7.1 + ATMOS Surround Sound, 4K Digital projection, and a dedicated, ultra-violet ionizing, non-recirculatory HVAC system, Cinema 1 offers an unparalleled screening environment built to the highest professional standards.
$2000/Hr – 2 hr minimum
Cinema 2

Our second cinema is a flexible gem, specially tailored to the needs of the cinephile. With 97 seats; 35mm, 16mm, and 4K digital projection; Dolby 7.1 surround sound, and a dedicated, ultra-violet ionizing, non-recirculatory HVAC system, Cinema 2 is a natural choice for archival and smaller screenings.
$1000/Hr – 2 hr minimum
Cinema 3

Our intimate screening room is an ideal choice for smaller events, birthday parties, and corporate rentals. With 38 reclining seats, laser DLP projection, Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound, and dedicated, ultra-violet ionizing, non-recirculatory HVAC systems, Cinema 3 puts an exceptional screening system within reach of any budget.

Rosenberg Workspace

The Rosenberg Workspace is a flexible-use indoor space suitable for meetings, parties, and even catered sit-down dinners. Includes access to the adjoining Farkas Terrace. Use of an attached catering kitchen can be arranged. Capacity: 60 people.
