Opens 4/9
Directed by Azazel Jacobs
U.S., 2021; 110 mins, in English. Rated R.

Left penniless by her husband’s passing, Frances (Michelle Pfeiffer) moves to a small flat in Paris with her son (Lucas Hedges) and their cat. Based on Patrick deWitt’s subversive novel about a recently-widowed Manhattan socialite, the stylish and distinctive tone of the film feels both luscious and otherworldly.

Director Azazel Jacobs will join us via Zoom for a live Q&A immediately following the 4/10 7pm screening. The Q&A will be included with the 7pm 4/10 ticket. A recording will be available online at a later date.
